A journey that I'm looking forward to joining!

I enjoy talking to people and want to really understand what drives them. I'm interested in people and why they are where they are in life.

May influence Geonor's path forward

Both through his education in petroleum geology and later as Account Manager at seismic company TGS, David has a lot of exciting and relevant experience to bring to his new position. He is now looking forward to exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation.

 

Geonor operates in an industry that is becoming increasingly relevant in terms of weather and climate. Now is the time to further develop our products, find expanded areas of application for the technology we possess and, not least, combine this with new technology.

David also believes it's a great advantage to have moved from a large international company to a smaller business:

 

At Geonor, I get the opportunity to have an impact. I get to help promote the company in the best possible way.

Reliability, simplicity and robustness


These are and have been key descriptions for Geonor's products and services for a number of years. The products are developed to withstand extreme conditions and impacts, often over very long time horizons.

- "As a new employee, I was very surprised by how solid and durable some of the products actually are. We need to make sure we make this visible to the market," David emphasizes.

There is no lack of initiative, and he is looking forward to getting started on his tasks at Geonor. In addition to nurturing customer relationships, he will conduct various forms of outreach activities and further develop the company's strategies.

 

-"We face a luxury problem in terms of the opportunities that lie ahead of us. It's just a matter of choosing the right paths to reach our goals," he says optimistically.

 

He points out that Geonor operates in an exciting industry, and that the company has made good choices about how it will invest in the future.

 

As a new and fearless Sales and Marketing Manager, David is keen to see opportunities rather than limitations. When he is also a good judge of character, all the conditions are in place for him to succeed in his future work:

 

The journey has just begun and we are at the very beginning of new technologies and markets. This is something I'm really excited to be a part of.
