Monitoring
Geonor supplies all types of equipment and instrumentation for hydrological surveys, including water quality and level meters. We supply both our own manufactured equipment and a wide range of products from Eijkelkamp AgrisearchEquipment, Lufft, SEBA Hydrometri and several other suppliers.
The need for monitoring of natural forces and structures to protect roads, bridges, railways, drinking water sources, groundwater reservoirs and other parts of society's infrastructure will increase in the years to come. Our modular and holistic solutions are designed to carry out monitoring in a simple and cost-effective way, with the ability to continuously transmit data from sensors and loggers, either telemetrically to a head office or directly presented on a website. The solutions are suitable for both large and small projects. Geonor has delivered complete solutions for remote monitoring with anything from 3 to 300 sensors.
In recent years, Geonor has installed systems in a number of large and small projects for monitoring ground conditions using IoT (Internet of Things). We supply the main components of the communication solution from Worldsensing SA and their Loadsensing system. See https://www.worldsensing.com/product/loadsensing/
This communication solution can be connected to a number of different sensors, and presents data on a GIS access solution/web portal from Vista Data Vision.
Remote reading of Geonor sensors
This is a complete solution for remote reading of virtually all types of sensors: pore pressure, weather data, temperature, crack/tiltmeter, etc. The system consists of a cabinet with data logger(s) and GSM modem.
The solution includes reading the sensors at the desired interval and transmitting data once or several times per day. The results are automatically routed to a web page and updated there in the form of graphs/curves or in tabular form.
